First, Happy Mother's Day; Second Pictures

Happy Mother's Day Mom.  I wish I could spend the day with you. I love you.

Second, pictures of the bezeled turquoise slab.

Long view, bezeled turquoise slab
 Here is another view:

A view of the edge:

Good corner:

Bad corner:

Yes, despite my taped measure, this is still stretched a bit too much on the edge.  I might be able to wiggle the beads a bit to lessen the tension on this corner.  I might just bezel a second slab in order to decide which I like better.

  1. Hello:-)
The turquoise slab looks so beautiful in that silver frame, though I can see it is not easy to bezel the rectangular shape. To make the corners ideal,it must be the hard experience.I've vever made the bezel for the rectangle with sharp corners.Only with the rounded ones and the work over it was easier.

  2. Thanks Halinka. I redid the bezel and expect to post on that this coming weekend. The second attempt was better but still not up to my standards.
